New Nissan Versa and Murano Named ‘Most Appealing’ in J.D. Power U.S. APEAL Study

As Nissan continues their commitment to thrilling drivers at every turn, both the Nissan Versa sedan and Nissan Murano crossover have been recognized with awards in the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study.
The study examines new-vehicle owners’ assessments of their experiences with their new vehicle after 90 days of ownership. The study data provides insight on experiences with design, performance, safety, usability, comfort, perceived quality, and other factors.
For the third year in a row, the Nissan Versa ranks highest in driver appeal among small cars in the study. The Nissan Murano was also named No. 1 in driver appeal among midsize SUVs.
