I came in to help my daughter buy a car. We had to come back a few times and she got the runaround a bit initially on the price and the payments but they did eventually make it right. Very complete and professional experience. Purchasing my seventh vehicle from Kelly Nissan. My commitments to Nissan has been reconfirmed with my purchase of the frontier pick up truck. Several issues were identified and quickly remedied prior to the final purchase of this vehicle. Will consider another Nissan in the future when presented the opportunity. The only concern has been the high pricing of these vehicles by Nissan. We need some custom relief from Nissan motor company.

Very efficient. Put a new pressure valve for the gas tank on in quick time. Probably paid tops for the part but it was gratifying for the quick turnaround that might have been much slower with another mechanic.

I booked an appointment at Kelly Nissan Lynnfield with unknown electronic issues that didn’t allow my doors to lock. I really didn’t have much gauge regarding how complex it would be to identify and fix the issue. In a single day, they identified, fixed, and returned the repaired car to me at a fair price. They were incredibly professional from dropoff to pickup. If you’re in the area and need service on your Nissan, this should definitely be the first place that you look.
